Ever since I went back to work 2 months ago, my previously good sleeper went from being able to sleep 5-8 hours per night to the waking up every 2-4 range. Also, she's not eating much for my husband during the day. I almost always pump more than she eats without trying. Today she fed every 2 hours during the night, but only took 4.5 oz during the 11 hours I was gone. She eats about every 3 hours (or rather, Daddy offers a bottle that often. He reports shr doesn't really cry to be fed during the day). It's clear that she's reverse cycling and I know it's not the end of the world, but Mommy is tired!
Any good tips on how to reverse the cycle back?
