I know it happens that babies reverse cycle (eat less during the day and more at night) if they are separated from their mothers. I went back to work last week, and my 12 week old who previously could sleep 6-8 hours at night started waking up every 1-4 hours instead. She's eating and sleeping normally during the day, though. It's not the end of the world because she starts the night in the pack n play next to my bed and I bring her into bed with me around 4am (and I do enjoy the cuddles).
However, between returning to work, having my company transfer me to another location unexpectedly and immediately catching a cold, I'll take any advice you've got.
Is it the separation? A growth spurt/wonder week? It's too early for the 4 month regression, right (I'm sure I'm in for a treat).
