I’m just over 7 weeks PP and I’m sure my period started (don’t even get me started on how cheated I feel that it started so soon 😅) anyways my supply has tanked a bit and I know it bounces back after period but aside from power pumping and offer boob often and skin to skin, does anyone has any good lactation recipe recommendations?
