I think we are fairly lucky with our 4 1/2 month old LG’s sleep, except she had started waking up in the morning earlier and earlier! We used to have her asleep until 6:30-7am but now it’s 5:30-6am and just wondering how I can push this back again? Any tips or advice on what I’m doing wrong?
For context: she goes to bed at 7pm easily, generally one wake-up in the night for feed and change. 4 naps on average a day approx 3-4 hours total. We use a white noise machine and blackout blinds.
Thanks! 🙏
What if she goes to bed a little later, does that help at all? Also just curious if she had her regression already
