Specifically, the checks to talk down the College of Whispers guy from the teleportation shenanigans. I have 99 Speechcraft, why is the Persuade option not succeeding? The Intimidate one does though, but that's because I'm level 107(is there a mod that caps levels yet in SSE?). TBF, I think helping to fix the teleportation circles is the best way.
