Is there an option in the future that we can just have a āquick start buttonā and add and adjust exercise as we need that we donāt need a template to start with?
I have been using Strong to track all my strength training. I usually use their quick start function to record all exercises i do as i donāt tend to stick with the exact exercise rundown (gym equipment availability varies at gym) and i donāt know if thereās an easy way to do the same thing on the app. I hope i could do this to make the most use of the appās expansive features to track and record my progress in exercises and rests!
