LF Creatures that can change their elemental damage

Hey Mark, I loved her your help last time so I was hoping to get some more cool creatures.
I am looking for creatures that can change their elemental damage/affinity. Imagine like a dragon that normally breathes fire and its claws and bite do additional fire damage, but if it wanted it could change itself to be fully lightning oriented during combat instead (including the extra damage from its claws and bites).
