I'm planning on the party interacting with a fortune teller in a city, who, in disguise, is feeding on the suffering of that city as a fortune teller. i'd love some suggestions for the lair, lair actions and any other stuff that might help me lean the green hag coven into something more urban-based. I'm already looking at the prophecy coven spell list from Volos.
the other two hags in her coven are her daughter, in disguise, and her grand daughter, in disguise as a son, to throw off my players who, having dealt with hag covens before, might be hip to the 'group of 3 women' thing. i figure this lowest-on-the-totem hag hates having to disguise herself as a man.
anyway, i'm thinking the fortune teller only gives grim portents, and then i think she'll give any player who visits a fortune, and then a d20 they can roll like a divination wizard. Maybe the player needs to give a hair or something to her to do the fortune? I can use that later to get into their dreams and such.
Obviously, I need for things to spiral out from there. Interested in any thoughts!
