Betterment
I want to like you,
But I’ve had funds stuck almost a week now as I was asked to verify a bank account that I added to my external banks. I withdrew an amount recently believing I would receive it in the 1-2 business days stated. I receive a response stating I need to verify the bank I was transferring funds to. I sent the information to verify myself and was confirmed they received it.
Support told me to wait 1-2 business days for a specific support member to respond to my ticket and it’s the 2nd business day today yet with no response. Also, it seemed a bit snappy the way support told me to be patient which didn’t sit well with me.
Now, it’s going to be the weekend and I’m not even sure if they’ll be able to help me until Monday. Tell me betterment how much longer will my funds be stuck?
