I could see them giving one word titles to eps 10-12 to signify Kim's absence and then a reunion in the finale with the title being "Said and Done" or "Over and Out" or something like that.

I don't think their reunion will be them reconnecting and getting back together, but more so just laying everything bare about where their lives have taken them and coming to terms with their choices and accepting themselves and their past, with a deeper understanding of their flaws after the last few years of introspection.

Just feels right.
