What if Nacho never switched pills?

Considering that Gus and Bolsa already had made a meeting with Hector to force him to stop using Nacho’s dad’s business, would switching the pills make a more positive difference in saving Nacho’s dad?

From my understanding its not like Hector can completely avoid using Gus’s distribution. Gus wouldn’t have tried to use Nacho and put him in a horrible situation. Hector may still be walking and Lalo wouldn’t have to come up making Gus’s secret lab remain hidden with little complications (despite Werner doing this thing). Nacho’s dad may remain safe anyway if Im not mistaken.
