I keep seeing comments like, don't support petsmart or petco and they will stop abusing betta, along those lines. Not buying fish from petsmart won't change there policies or behavior. All its doing is ignoring the problem. Yall think a few hundred people not buying bettas are gonna stop a nation wide chain from selling bettas, it won't. If you want change do something. Talk to the manager, inform others you see in the store, do anything. The absence of action won't lead to change, it just makes it easier for them to not change
