Got the top fin infinity waterfall tank and looking to return it …

I’ve had the tank for a week now .I honestly just wanted to upgrade his tank space cause he was in a one gallon non filtered tank . I let it set and then put my precious boy Niemann in his new environment. This morning I found him in the waterfall area outside of the tank and this is the second time . Even tho he landed in the water both times it’s scares me to think I’ll wake up and he’ll be outside of the entire tank gasping for air 🥲 . I wouldn’t buy this product ever again ..
