my guy has been acting strange and is lethargic now. under his hills look odd but I have no idea what is going on any advice would be appreciated

It started maybe two weeks ago, he started missing his food when he tried to eat occasionally, and started becoming much more skittish and scared of me. He’d come up to the side of the tank to see me but when I opened the tank and looked down at him he’d swim away. He’s started missing his food more and he’s so skittish of coming up now that he’s eating much less. Today he’s more lethargic than ever hanging out at the bottom of the tank. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
