Nothing like a long, deep, slow burn to reinforce a Beta's status, particularly when it's combined with edging and denial, and voice.
Even better when it's someone who poses as an Alpha Stacy at work, and has to live with the reality she is actually a Beta Becky in her private life.
Constant, deliberate, gaslighting along with edging and denial reinforcement is the way to go.
