Why do I only have legacy chat now? A conversation I was having with someone in the “new” chat disappeared as I was typing a reply..
Post Body

First off all - the split is legacy chat vs the “new” chat is awful. The legacy chat worked just fine.

Anyway, on to my problem, I was chatting on here using the Reddit app, which doesn’t split the chats. Mid-chat as I was typing a response, the chat disappeared. I went to the desktop version and I can see the chat in the new chat section but on the app, I see the person at the bottom of my list of chats with no message history. How do I know if the other person got my message or not?

Cheers
