Hi, Just wondering, if it really that hard to get beyond 90K in IT without German languagae skills? I have been trying 6 months now for a change (offcourse noone will change the jon with the less then what he/she earns) but somehow every job above said limit looks like to have language as mandate . Despite having 10 years of expereise, clarifoed all technical rounds, at the end rejection is like ' this is management role and desparately need a language'.
would it safe to assume that for a English speaking IT professionals can maximum grow upto senior software enginner and 6 digit figure is wrong to assume with language ? Anyoen else facing this similar situation?
