American Football super-amateur ladies' teams in Berlin?

So American Football has been a thing here for years, and I know there are ladies' teams as well, but just by googling around I only found super-professional teams, not exactly what I'm looking for as a 30 year old that, while in ok shape, isn't an athlete by any means. So... any tips? I just want to train/play/have fun, not win the Bundesliga.

ETA: just because I have a sneaking suspicion: no, I'm not an American imperialist or w/e, I just find handegg more appealing than football or rugby. asciishrug.txt
