I'm a newly admitted student at Berkeley and recently set up my CalNet account and Berkeley email. I noticed that when I send emails, my first name appears in lowercase ('james') in the sender field. I want it to display as my full name, James David Lewis.

I followed the IT department's guidelines by logging into bMail, navigating to Settings, selecting Accounts, clicking on "Send mail as," and editing the information. This fixed the issue in bMail, but the change doesn't reflect when I use Outlook.

Unfortunately, the IT department mentioned they no longer support third-party email applications, so I haven't been able to resolve this on Outlook. Any advice on how I can update my display name across all platforms, including Outlook?
