Really cool to see the city's looks change in the rain (involuntarily, I got caught around mile 15 right when I started the C.) I was gonna do the underline of the C but it was pouring so I just skipped it. Started with my turn sheet at Hearst/Oxford after getting off BART. The Berkeley Hills felt really ethereal in the morning and the paths between the houses are so cool - reminds me of Telegraph Hill in SF. I learned last time that Berkeley is pretty suburban outside of the campus core area; it is quite monotonous at parts but there's cool bike infrastructure like those intersections which only let bikes through. And cool houses too. Also saw my first Berkeley cat <3

Also heard about alumni emails getting taken away, that sucks a lot. I looked up our school's policy and we get to keep them for six months after graduation. I hear there's a grace period for y'all but also people are complaining that they got locked out the day after graduation? Anyways if it makes y'all feel any better, there's a tentative 50% tuition increase for CSUs over five years or something. Fuck admin 🤝🤝 save alum emails, reopen cafe 3!!!
