BeReal notification not going away?

Idk where this should go but I wonder if anyone else has run into this issue. No notifications to be seen, checked everyone’s comments and stuff in case it was that, no friend requests in or out, cleared the cache, and there’s still a little red “1” in the left corner of the app on my Home Screen. Anyone else???
