One week from a year off but feel like writing tonight.
Recovery rapidly accelerated the last three months. I'm now getting back things I didn't realize I had.
My mind feels great. No, I'm not fully back, but through lifestyle changes I feel better in some ways, and that which has not come back continues to over time.
There was always folly in trying to quantify how recovered one is from this with percentages but it's the tradition here, so when in Rome do as the Romans do.
I just know three months ago are incomparable to how I am now, and three months prior to that are as well.
Everything is returning. I'm just a bit less energetic and a bit slower, some things go over my head that I know wouldn't before -- but it all gets better and is just a matter of relearning how the world works.
I'm pretty confident I'll be my old self again or even better within another year.
Was a cold turkey, initially couldn't speak or walk, three months later I was still not able to have simple conversations, three months after I was able to work (terribly, the dumbest employee you could imagine) three months later, felt alive but still markedly 'wrong' three months later, and now yep its today and there's the above.
What I took:
psilocybin
TBI glasses
Flumazenil
Functional mushrooms
Vitamins, fish oil
Eat a ton
Vegetable juices every day
One session of HBOT so far
CBD and THC
Cerebrolysin, selank and BPC-157
Mental stimulation: Brain training
Work
Math study
Foreign language study
Programming
Writing
Asking self questions, re-teaching how the world works to myself.
Shamelessly asking people the dumbest questions you've ever heard, just so I can study how things work, re-learn how people are, why they say, do and think what they do.
6-20 miles on a bike per day Occasional weightlifting
Things left to do that make me so confident ill be 100% within a year:
Two more pairs of glasses to get from the mindeye Institute
I've not had time to be as diligent about cognitive exercise as I want to be, so that is an untapped reserve of recovery
HGH not tried yet
39 more HBOT sessions to do
