Read some studies that showed brain injury patients showed more complete recovery from marijuana. Had tried some CBD liquid drops when I initially came off, they didn't seem to help back then. Six months off now though and holy shit -- I've had the most blissful, rejuvenating sleeps the past two nights.
Literally had forgotten what it's like to have good rest. Had so much energy I was able to work at my job 6 hours straight, then go to a second one to work eight hours more. I was struggling and gritting my teeth to make it past hour 3 or 4 previously even with other positive improvements.
That suffocation/tense/achey migraine feeling is almost completely gone. I'd speculate that it hasn't really helped cognitively a *ton,* but there's definitely more mental clarity and smoothness when trying to think.
Have taken a quarter of a gummy in the morning to supposedly keep inflammation down, and the rest at night (15mg of TCH and CBD each total) for sleep.
