Finally got flush niacin to pair with microdosing psilocybin, along with some methylated B12 and ginseng. It hasn't caused any miracles, but holy shit, I can actually kind of focus and learn things again. I started playing chess last month and was stagnant, then really rapidly improved a ton over the past week. Not sure if it's just due to more blood flow to my brain or what exactly's going on, but everything is a good deal better.

Mood, cognitive function (obligatory not at the level I was still balblabla) and memory are all noticeably improved.

5 months after CT tomorrow.
