Have a new job where I am a sales floor guy for an electronics department.
Customer asks me what the differences are between product 1 and product 2
I struggle to read one product, keep what I just read in mind while I read the other, then output what the differences are. I end up just reading it aloud and bullshitting confidence while sounding nervous.
The amount of times I get asked extremely simple questions and just blankly stare at people while internally I'm frantically throwing everything into a firepit to ignite just a basic train of thought is unreal.
Thoughts are still so linear. It's so hard to get anything out of what I read, any form of understanding or insight, no ideas about what I just read pop up.
When did it get better for you?
bit over 4 months off a 10-15mg diazepam equivalent (3mg lunesta) cold turkey.
