Anyone else have trouble swallowing their pills?

Never had a problem until I started tapering. I feel like it’s anxiety related because I can swallow food just fine. Maybe a slight struggle with my vitamins but nothing like the fear of being unable to get my nighttime dose down.

It started with a fear of losing one of my tablets. Like dropping one on the floor or having to spit it out for some reason. We all know they won’t just replace these tablets. That kind of spiraled into a fear/struggle to swallow the stupid thing. When I force myself to swallow it sometimes feels like it gets trapped in my throat. And that turned into a fear of not getting the proper dose.

Anyone else struggle with something like this? I just tell myself, even if it did get trapped in my throat, it would eventually dissolve and I would still get the full dose.
