I am currently prescribed 0.5 Alps 60ct since like last August-ish. How much longer should i wait to ask for either more or for my doc to up the dose? I fear she might try to put me on clonazepam or diazepam and say they “last longer.” I’d really just prefer to get blue footballs but i know it takes time.

P.S. yes i have a panic disorder. Before taking alprazolam... I used to get tunnel vision and get so in my head that i could not even hear what someone was saying to me. Happened every time i had to sit and talk with anyone one on one and have to look them in face for more than like 3 minutes. Also, when giving speeches i am usually on the brink of a melt down. My voice starts trembling, my eyes start to water, and i cant stop shaking. ALSO, i get random panic attacks that just happen out of nowhere and i need to stop everything im doing and just lay down for a couple minutes.
