Anyone else have this problem where I can’t take less than less than 4mgs kpins, 3mg’s alp, 40mg Valium for example without getting relief when a fraction is supposed to provide therapeutic effects. But my confidence is boosted; thoughts clearer, more enthusiastic, motivated, pleasant demeanor and much more social. This high tolerance to benzos is just such an issue and idk what to do?? I can go months without taking a benzo and my tolerance remains such that I still require multiple milligrams to get any relief. I’ve taken benzos on and off for 10 years so that’s probably a huge factor in all this but wtf I wish I could find relief from a single milligram like doctors expect me to.
