Ok a little backstory, i was on 60 1mg xanax and 60 20mg ir addies for about 4 years until i lost my doctor in July. I just switched to w new one he gave me lexipro and 30 .25 xans to take as needed over 2 week span which i feel is kinda ridiculous considering i still have a bit of permatolerance where i need atleast 2mg a day still. At this point do you think i should go the shrink i was on the adderall and alp for years and it still tskes me the same amount for desired effects. Plus the PCP doesnt want to prescribe me my adderall because it exacerbates anxiety which i find to be untrue in my experience. Looking forward to hearing your comments thanks
