Hi guys, new to all this so have a few questions if anyone has any input would be great. I am fed up getting fed up getting prescribed Antidepressants for anxiety as they don't work for me.

1 - Abuse - People talk about abusing Benzos and honestly I don't know what this truly means, like is it taking too much to get buzzed or to get fucked up or does it means going over your prescribed dosage.

2 - Testing - If you are buying your own stuff do you get them tested, I have read a place called Wedinos Drug Testing site but I am not sure if this available to me in Northern Ireland as on their site it's like Wales etc.

3 - Addiction & Dependency - I don't even know what constitutes Addiction anymore, like if my GP prescribed my Diazepams etc and they worked for my anxiety and I wanted to remain on them because they work is this Addiction?

4 - Which type of Benzos - I understand everyone responds differently to medication but just wondering what would be best for straight up skin burning, mind racing anxiety. All I get prescribed from my GP is 5mgs Diazepams which do very little and honestly I think she will be taking them away soon
