my current benzo script is for kpin
saw my psychiatrist just a bit ago. i am beyond irritated that they all say the same thing. i'm sorry but not ALL generics are the same. i told my psych that out of the blue my pharmacy is giving me these orange ones (forgot the name) and that i've been on the yellow ones (teva) for close to 4 years. i told him that i don't prefer teva, but i essentially need it. they kick in sooooo much quicker. i say i need it bc it feels i need extra in the day to the point i have to sometimes break them in pieces to make my supply last. & now he wants to start a treatment for me to get off of them. oh wow, what a coincidence! so now i gotta wean off and take the orange ones that make me need more. 🫠i was even gonna ask for a dose increase if i'm stuck with these orange pills but before i could ask that, that is when he brought up me having to wean off.
"it would be illegal if all pills weren't the same" well if they're all the "same", why are there even diff kinds of generics? why are there even name brand? why not just one kind of pill for each drug class. my mind is completely baffled. & thank u for listening to my Ted Talk.
