2mg Ativan and 60mg codeine

Hi, I just had an appendectomy last night, I take ativan up to 3mg a day regularly for a week now and was wondering if it would be okay to mix with Tylenol-3, I taken two Tylenol today which is about 60mg but the pain of my surgery has me very anxious and I wanna take some ativan. I took ativan the day of my surgery 2mg and they gave me 2 does of morphine and I didn’t feel anything crazy but I was wondering if this is gonna be a bad idea?
