How long for my tolerance to reset? It takes me around 3-5 mg of Xanax/Clonezapam to get high

Pls lmk i don’t use too too often but I took 4 mg last night of Xanax and I got 8mg left and I’m not trying to waste it how long shojld I wait till 2-3mg gets me faded
