Mild Taper question

Hey guys! So I’ve had a super super rough month. For about a month and some change I’ve consumed about 120mg of Xanax. Some days 4mg, some days 1mg, etc. I have 30 2.0 mg pills left. Any advice on a quick taper that still allows me to have some left over in case of future panic attacks? Any advice is appreciated :) thank you!
