Benzo taper help plz

Been taking around 6-8mg of kpins each day since April of this year, the first two days of taper i took 3mgs of kpin, and 1.5mg of Xanax. I am currently on day 3 and all I’ve taken is 10mg propranol. Last night though I took 150mg of seroquel and 10mg of buspar since I couldn’t sleep. I feel fine currently and was wondering if I could just try to cold turkey this and take some more propranolol to prevent seizures. I see the psychiatrist tomorrow and am planning on telling him about my self-medication, and see if he could put me on a taper prescribed (I haven’t seen him since April) I also took a 1mg Ativan around an hour ago. Seeing how dangerous or dumb it would be to just take another propranol and half a seroquel for sleep until I see doc tomorrow and admit to self-medication and needing help to taper
