bless my psych got 90 1 millys a month, life is very very bad right now & i am hoping everyone else is doing at least better than i am!
i hope u guys dont have to run to substances as the only thing left in ur life that feels like a choice to provoke some sort of elected feeling outside of forced uncomfortableness
took 4 seroquels too it usually makes things nice and chill and then i fall asleep on the couch distracted from how much i hate myself
anyways happy holidays and all that
