So I’m drug tested every 4 months (have my next one in a month and a half) and have been taking like 1-2mg Bromaz for a week now I got around 60 pellets of each and I’m pretty sure Nitraz has a shorter half life but anyone have experience with this? I’m not to worried because I have an appt with my PA (who prescribes all my psych meds) on Wednesday and am gonna ask if he can just take it over because my sub doc is retiring anyways and they’re trying to shift me off to some new lady but I ended up w my sub doc cuz originally the place we called the guy was an ASSHOLE ALL THE WAY and said no Vyvanse no Lyrica no THC if I worked with him so I was immediately like “okay this isn’t gonna work out, do you have anyone in your circle who isn’t as terrified of liability enough to actually practice efficient medicine based on patient response over your DEA nightmares?” LOL so yeah my current sub doc practices at the same place but has his own rules and they’ve been weird Asf with cancelling appts last min too so my HOPE is that I will be able to convince my current prescriber to take over my Suboxone…
If not I already know I’m gonna go through a week or two of benzo withdrawal I’m gonna drown with liquor phenibut seroquel and muscimol lol… any experiences?
Cuz also like, all I gotta do is pass this next one in 6 weeks or so and I have a full 4 months of nooo tests so I’m just trying to be careful but yeah I absolutely LOVE my physicians assistant who was assigned to me, he was willing to up my Pregabalin all the way to 300mg 2x a day (even tho he never prescribes it) and upped my Vyvanse and I approached him about possibly having something as weak as Librium like 10 ct a month 5mg PRN (equals like 1mg Diazepam) and he surprised me and said the two combos he really tries to avoid are Suboxone and benzos and stimulants and benzos and being on both, along with Pregabalin there’s no way… which I understand.
I am going to ask about switching to Dex Spansules 2x a day though, being a cyp2d6 ultra rapid metabolizer and Vyvanse lasting 2-3 hours. Idk if it’s a good idea to ask about that AND taking over my subs at the same appt tho but we’ll seeeee (again I really love my doctor like I could straight up ask about Soma for anxiety neck pain and he never demeans me or makes me feel bad or like I’m coming from a place of drug seeking, he always addresses it strictly medically not liability shit)…
