I’ve been on and off benzos for 20 years. I am usually on Klonopin 3x a day and currently on Xanax 2mg 3 times a day. I have tried many many benzos over the years. Xanax, Klonopin, Ativan, Valium, Librium, Serax, and almost every RC benzo. The two that I want to try are Triazolam and Temazepam. I am on Xanax 2mg 3x a day. My Dr said that he would give Temazepam to take at night but if he did that drop off one of the Xanax. So it would be 60 Xanax 2mg a month and 30 Restoril 30mg. Is Temazepam very effective? I have always wanted to try it but don’t know if it’s worth switched a Xanax bar out for a Temazepam. I’ve always found the benzos in capsules to be somewhat weaker like Librium and Serax. Would it be worth to switch to replace my third Xanax bar for a 30mg Temazepam.
Does Temazepam feel more like Valium or Klonopin, does it kick in fast ? Anyone have experience with taking this medication?
