I will self medicate with xanax for a week after a difficult LSD experience that brought back difficult memories/anxieties. How can i do it safely?

I'll use my mom's alprazolam(0.5mg) to self-medicate after a badtrip for a week(maybe less if i don't need to and get beter in a couple days bcs i also use mdma during the trip and the comedown duration can vary), i want to avoid harsh rebound anxiety, i'm not sure i will be able to tapper the doses at the end, idk if half a pill will be enough but i'll try. So yeah i want to know if there will be rebound anxiety and how to avoid it, and if there is rebound anxiety, can i tapper with low dose phenibut in case i don't have alprazolam anymore?, I'll also use 5-HTP and NAC btw
