So I originally started with 1mg of lorazepam 3 times a day in cali. Switched too diazepam was supposed to be 10mg 2-3 times a day but they gave me 5mg so I switched back to the lorazepam. Fast forward i get back to kansas and see my primary care doctor he was weary of even giving me 2mg of lorazepam a day and it did nothing for my social anxiety/ panic attacks so i saw his nurse practitioner today and we discussed me getting back on 10mgxr addys for my adhd and Diazepam she didnt tell me what mg diazepam and i didnt think to ask. I go pick up my script and it was 1mg 2 times a day of clonazepam and DULoxetine HCL DR 30mg which we never even discussed so she changed my meds without saying anything to me. Im going to try the kpins out but not the duloxetine since we didnt discuss it. What do yall think about this and why she would do that?
