Does Xanax actually last 6 hours or more for anyone else. I don’t see how people who take it daily can take it twice a day and not get rebound anxiety. I was on Klonopin 3 times a day and switched to Xanax and even taking it as prescribed it was hard to take it 3 times a day. I feel I would need to take it 4 times a day to last all day. I’m lucky if it lasts 3 hours then I get rebound anxiety. Has anyone been on it for a long time and been able to dose only once or twice a day. I was on 2mg 3 times a day and I had to take it 4 times a day and split the mid day dose in half to dose 4 times a day so I switched back to Klonopin. I wish it actually lasted 6 hours because I would stay on it so I switched back to Klonopin 3x a day which I didn’t even need to take it 3x a day 2mg in morning and 2mg in every and I get no inter dose withdrawal. Does anyone else have this issue ?
