Kpin as sleep aid

I got a bunch of 2 mg kpins, but I dont really like getting high on it. I did a bunch of drugs for a year without people noticing it, but when I first tried this shit I took 4 mg-s which got me vibing.

I assume I decided to take more because when I woke up 15 hours later 10 pill in total and 7 tabs of acid went missing. 1 year later I still hear stories about it from people I dont even remember talking to.

Long story short I found out it helps me sleep when the melatonin isnt enough, but when I wake up in the morning the effects are still present. I usually take 1 pill, but when I cant stop thinking I take 2.

Do you have any tricks to minimize the duration/ lessen the effects in the morning, or any comments on my use in general?

Edit: I only have access to kpin, so alternatives are not an option if its prescription-only.
