Post Body

Hello all

Recently I've been experience rebound anxiety that almost feels like withdrawl if I dose consecutively for 2-3 days when I really need the medication for anxiety. (Xanax)

Why is this? I am starting to do a taper everytime I do a dose of 2mg. The next day 1mg then the next 0.5mg.

Seems to be actually working at this point when I do that.

But why do I get bad rebound if I don't taper? I miss the days where I could dose like that and not have any rebound and could just stop.

Curious as it is annnoying
