For reference, this year I had a long and expedited mental health crisis that rapidly built up. Went to at least 3 different psychiatrists and I’ve been officially diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder & Major Depressive Disorder. Today was my first time visiting this new psychiatrist that some of my friends recommended to me that really helped them out in their recovery and their mental health. He prescribed me 12MG Xanax daily. 4MG in the morning, 4MG at midday and 4MG at night. I’m open to any and all questions you guys may have!
