Taking almost 2mg Xanax daily for 1 month. How should I taper off?

Farmaprams, they are all I have access to, so can’t get valium or kpin. I have never surpassed 2mg, or one full Farmapram bar, but I know they can be inconsistently dosed.
Is a taper necessary? I have a history of alcoholism but have never experienced kindling and am sober from it. Very sporadic benzo usage in the past.
