I had 60mg of Valium. I took 30mg the afternoon after I dosed 12mg of Bromazolam as I couldn’t sleep. Took another 30mg of Valium the day after I ran out. Had 5 standard drinks the night after that and was unable to sleep. Been awake since.

I’ve been working 430am to 1pm shifts at a new job. Been taking my usual 20mg dexamphetamine in the morning but I have added 300mg of caffeine to try hide my fatigue.

Today’s been real bad for my tremors and anxiety, I think some coworkers noticed. My sleep medication, (10mg Lemborexant) makes me sleepy but the anxiety overrides my ability to fall asleep. I’ll be heading into work on 72 hours no sleep tomorrow.

My job is fairly physically demanding and I’m in a lot of pain as I’ve had no time to heal.

Would I be out of the window for potential seizure risk? Any ideas on what I should do? Should I go hospital?
