That is for the whole of Australia to purchase. The closest benzo with the best anticonvulsant effects which is significantly less than clonazepam is nitrazepam and lorazepam. I am on 8mg a day so if I get switched over in a week to lorazepam is 16mg daily or 12.5 50ct bottles over 2.5 months. 16 x nitrazepam daily or 41 packs of 25 x 5mg. or Diazepam at 82 x 50ct 5mg packets. This is really fucked for people with bad refractory epilepsy. Even swapping suddenly to another can trigger seizures. How the fuck can a first world country with a population of 30 million roughly fall into this situation. The only equal potency benzo we have is alprazolam but its in the same schedule as morphine, hydromorphone etc. RARE to get a script and I do not know if that is even suitable to switch to for epileptics. Fuck my life.
