Functional Klonopin dose?

Lately I feel like a rubber band is around my lungs and then a weight feels like it’s on my chest, as a result of extreme anxiety/dysphoria. Sometimes it hurts too.
In theory, Klonopin should help with that until I can schedule an appointment with my psych, but I used to take it for sleep so I've no clue what the ideal dose would be if I just want to take the edge off/minimise the dysphoria?
Any ideas/advice? I have no benzo tolerance.
