Help please I’ve took 88 Valium since Friday and I only have 2 left I been taking them with oxy 30mf I got work @5am will I be okay I can’t walk straight and I can’t pee and i feel really dehydrated n my head hurts like I’m drunk kinda I haven’t ate for 4 days my body feels weak I got a 90ct wit promethazine andkixing it with oxy will I be okay or should I call out n say I have a fever
