It is a prodrug to Diazepam. It was developed and tested to treat nerve agent gas exposure. There isn't much dosing information online for oral route since It was made to be injected intramuscularly. Since It's a prodrug to Diazepam, I thought starting with 5-10 mg would be reasonable. 10 mg of Diazepam is usually prescribed for anxiety so I expect it to be slightly less strong than It's equivalent weight in Diazepam.

I've read that apparently 20 mg of Avizafone was used in conjunction with other drugs like atropine (anticholinergic) and pralidoxime as an IM injection solution. Other users have reported that they felt it was about the same potency as Valium if not slightly less strong. I haven't seen anything online about it possibly being stronger than Valium.
